Norwegian conversation for German

Hei All, I am living in Trondheim and seeking for a private Norwegian conversation course. I tried the Folkuniversity but it is not helpful from the point of view that as a German I know already the most vocabulary. The course is very expensive and it is not possible for me to attend all courses. I don't need any paper. I only to talk and communicate in every day life. My work and life language is English, that's why I have never the change to learn proper Norwegian. I need to know how to argue and discuss. The course can be discussed and agreed by topics. It could be possible to combine it with every day life = like ordering coffee in a cafeteria. The grammar is easy but I have problems to understand all the dialects and to deal with it. I need to get to know the language. Like the most Germans, I am afraid to make mistakes. In the end I don't talk at all Norwegian:-), because I am afraid that someone would laugh about me. I need more self confidence in this language, this can be done only with a special private course. Can someone help? It might be I could have one person more to join (German, too). The best way would someone who would talk or teach us with the German language as a base (or only Norwegian at all). I don't want to mix with English (like in the folk university). It is more complicated to translate Germanic words from Norwegian in English and back to Germanic ;-). Thanks a lot. I appreciate your help!
