Valentinesday

Samfundet invites you to a valentines-themed party!

Included in the tickets for the themeparty you get three amazing concerts! These are:

Ida-Lova:

Ida-Lova is one of Sweden's most exciting new voices. Raw, relatable and full of presence. With the single "Svagare än jag" she has emerged as one of the year's strongest breakthroughs.
Norway has opened its eyes to this star. "Svagare än jag" is on NRK P3's A-list and has topped the Norway Top 50 on Spotify.

Ida-Lova writes her own music, and describes "Svagare än jag" as a song that was born out of anger, but grew into something empowering. Together with producers Ivan Kinell and Joakim Buddee (including Olivia Lobato, Felicia Takman), she builds a soundscape that is organic, melodic and close - with a voice that carries both strength and vulnerability.
It's an exciting year ahead for the Swedish pop star. There are more songs and concerts to come, all with the aim of a debut album in the spring of 2026.

Rebekah Abdeen B2B Denham Audio:

In a storm of breakbeats, deep basslines, and acid hooks, Denham Audio has given new life to the rave scene. His music has deep roots in UK Hardcore and Bass, and the tempo plays between 140 to 160BPM. With several hit releases, Denham Audio has established himself as a solid producer, and Samfundet now gets to experience him live, with a DJ set you won't soon forget!
On Valentine's Day itself, Denham Audio is of course not coming alone, he's bringing his girlfriend Rebekah Abdeen! Rebekah has several big shows under her belt, as a DJ set at both Glastonbury and Fabric room 2. Rebekah's productions resemble everything from Hardgroove, breaks, and also bass.
The two London-based artists play a B2B set and Samfundet really gets to experience something unique this evening!

Soft Ride:

The little secret indie gem of a band, Soft Ride, is coming to Trondheim and Samfundet for the first time!

The band released their third album, "Southern Lands", in May to rave reviews. The website Popklikk has named the album one of the best albums of the year, and Kristin Winsents in NRK P13 says: "Soft Ride IS the sound of
summer!" All of the album's singles have been given rotation on NRKP13 and by The Undertones bassist Michael Bradley,
on the BBC.

Soft Ride plays fairly edgy indie rock, and has been compared to artists such as Kurt Vile and The
War on Drugs. On the latest album there are more obvious country elements than before (they have, among others,
Embla Karidotter), but still with the West Coast, laidback sound intact. The songs revolve around
nihilism, queer love, stupid love and happy hedonism. Soft Ride is music for the country road and
life.
