Renting of areas

Studentersamfundet has several venues available for rental, subject to availability. Here you will find an overview of the different venues.

1. Ordinary rental

Subject to availability, Studentersamfundet can rent out venues for courses and conferences, dinners, and parties:

During the semester (January–April and August–November), capacity is only available during daytime hours.
Outside the semester, venues can also be rented in the evenings.

We receive many rental inquiries, and these must be coordinated with Studentersamfundet’s regular operations. You should therefore not expect a response earlier than at least 1 week after contacting us.

We ask that you inform us of the following when inquiring about renting:
- Who do you represent?
- Desired date for event
- Type of event
- Preferred venues
- Number of participants
- Dining?

Studentersamfundet holds a liquor license — bringing your own beverages is therefore not permitted — all beverages must be purchased through and served by Studentersamfundet.
