Renting of areas

If available, the following rooms at Studentersamfundet can be rented*:

Storsalen, capacity of 600
Klubben, capacity of up to 300
Selskapssiden, capacity of up to 70
Bodegaen, capacity of up to 280
Strossa, capacity of up to 70

*During the study semester, it is primarily rented out to student associations. On Fridays and Saturdays during the semester, only Bodegaen can be rented, and only until 22:00.

We ask that you inform us of the following when inquiring about renting:
- Who do you represent?
- Desired date for event
- Type of event
- Desired premises
- Number of people to participate
- Dining?

The Studentersamfundet has a liquor license - brought drinks are therefore not permitted - all drinks must be bought through and served by the Studentersamfundet

We distribute inquiries about renting internally between our groupings once a week. You cannot therefore expect to receive an answer before 1 week after contacting us.
