The music draws inspiration from everything from soul, new wave, and ska to modern influences. Combined with sharp lyrics about human encounters, consumer culture, and love, the band creates an expression that is groovy, melodic, and captivating.
Harvest is an Oslo-based band consisting of five musicians with backgrounds from the Norwegian Academy of Music and NLA Staffeldts. The band was formed in late autumn 2025, and in less than a year, Harvest has already developed a distinct musical universe with a strong lyrical and sonic identity. Their music draws inspiration from soul, new wave, and ska, blended with modern influences. Combined with sharp lyrics about human encounters, consumer culture, and love, the band creates an expression that is groovy, melodic, and captivating.
Outside the band, the musicians can each be heard performing with a range of established artists and projects, including Susanne Sundfør, Isbit, Himmelskip, AAvery, ULD, and Diddi Velle.
