ISFiT presents: Gender & Sexuality
Plenary Sessions are an important part of ISFiT's culture programme. Saturday 10th of February you can join the meeting about gender and sexuality in Storsalen.
This Saturday evening at Studentersamfundet, various activists and researchers have been invited to Storsalen to discuss gender, sexuality and identity with special focus on gender roles, agency, technology and societal patterns. The chairperson for the evening will be Deniz Akin, university lecturer at the Center for Gender Research at NTNU.
The speakers who will be addressing these issues are as follows:
Frank Mugisha (UG), activist and Director for Sexual Minorities Uganda - SMUG.
Emma Holten (DK), editor, teacher, activist and creator of the project CONSENT.
Jørgen Lorentzen (NO), Head of Hedda Foundation and gender researcher.
Matt Beard (UK), Executive Director for All Out.
