Balestrand Badeklubb
Norway's largest music collective takes over the community
Balestrand Badeklubb was started in the summer of 2020, after the Kvikne brothers did what many generations before them had done: They invited a bunch of artists, producers and performers to Balestrand, to be inspired by the spectacular nature and the special light. Now they gather annually to make music and art together, and every now and then they find themselves sharing it with us outside.
Balestrand Badeklubb is a continuation of Kaiser Wilhelm's Badeklubb on one of his many trips to Balestrand in the early 20th century, and Balestrand Badeklubb consists of artists such as Kjartan Lauritzen, Zupermaria, Ka2, St Valentine (Lemaitre), Coucheron, Ingo (Hester V75), Rafi (Hester V75), GKR, Leander, RebMoe, Gerard Taylor (Jerry Folk), Jakob Bjørn-Hansen (Bearson), Ulrik Lund and Ketil Jansen (Lemaitre) +++
