scoreboard + Support: Nødutgang
With the singles "rush spells" and "ropey rampage" under their belt and fresh off a performance at Øyafestivalen, we are excited to present scoreboard!
Gratis for medlemmer ;););)
The fresh Oslo-based trio scoreboard plays noisy, fuzz-drenched, and atmospheric rock with thick, Swervedriver-esque, soul-piercing guitars, submerged vocals, and laid-back drumming, drawing inspiration from the American DIY scene. Stylistically, they evoke bands such as DIIV, The Megaphonic Thrift, and They Are Gutting a Body of Water.
In February 2025, the band released their debut single “ropey rampage”, taken from the upcoming EP combat lvl 3. The track received positive press, was highlighted by Urørt on NRK P3, and has been played on radio in Norway, England, and the United States. June saw the release of “rush spells”, which was met with great enthusiasm both at home and abroad.
scoreboard is comprised of Astrid Garmo (Pumpegris, Future Nostalgia) on vocals and guitar, Emil Askelien Gustafsson (FOAMMM) on guitar, and Mikkel Syvertsen (FOAMMM) on drums. They are joined by Christian Franzén (Selmer, Overcity, Franzen, Cardrivers) on bass.
Nødutgang
Stavanger’s new indie hope! Nødutgang has quickly established itself as one of the most active and exciting bands in their home region. The band debuted with the single “Sjalu” at the start of 2024. About it, Håkon Vesterås from Radio Revolt writes:
“The track brings soaring guitars in the calm parts, and a vibe of raw teenage angst in the chorus. Vulnerable and danceable indie!”
The core of Nødutgang’s sound is solid, guitar-based indie rock, with heart-wrenching vocal performances and a driving rhythm section, all drenched in reverb and fuzz—properly noisy and delicious stuff!
