The year is 2006. Montenegro declares its independence, Solveig Fiske is appointed bishop of Hamar, and on January 2nd, Radioreseptjonen has its first broadcast on NRK. It started as a joke, and now - twenty years later - it is still a joke. Papaya, Radioreseptjonen - dear child has two names - marks two decades of light-hearted and uneven entertainment with a fairly extensive anniversary tour in the fall of 2026. The guys bring along minnekassa-minnekassa-minnekassa and samtidskassa-samtidskassa-samtidskassa, and promise a satisfying podcast show for both faithful old and young, fresher listeners. There are people in the Storting today who are as old as Papaya. That says a little. Papaya says a lot.
