Deep Peace – a guided relaxation session for deep inner calm
Sometimes we need a break – a place without worries or stress, without demands or external expectations. Here, you are welcome to simply arrive, lie down, and let both body and soul rest.
You will be welcomed into a warm space with gentle music and soft lighting. Your place is already prepared – all you need to do is lie down under a blanket and rest. We still reccomend you to arrive with warm clothes and socks for maximum comfort.
We begin with mindfulness and a few simple breathing techniques to help you settle into the present moment. This is followed by guided relaxation, also known as Yoga Nidra. This is a gentle form of meditation that promotes deep calm in the body, mind, and heart.
We conclude with a music meditation featuring yogic sounds, performed live. You may choose to awaken fully and sing along, or simply remain lying down and listen to the soothing melodies.
After the session, we offer tea or other healthy snacks for those who would like to stay and enjoy a conversation with like-minded people.
