SSF x Minimalen: Shorts by David Lynch

David Lynch remains one of film history's most distinctive and influential directors - an artist that has shaped modern film culture with his dreamlike expression, his uncomprimising vision and his ability to make the uncomfortable beautiful. From Eraserhead via blue velvet Twin Peaks to Mulholland Drive, Lynch has created some of our time's most iconic and enigmatic images and surreal stories.

This collection of short films show his first early forays into experimental filmmaking, and clearly shows an artist in search of expression. For those who since his death has worked their way through his filmography, this screening is not to be missed.
