Tusen og én toner med Studentersamfundets Symfoniorkester
What could be better than drifting away in your dreams while listening to oriental and beautiful orchestral music?
The Studentersamfundets Symfoniorkester invites you to a concert featuring Scheherazade by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov — where the tales from One Thousand and One Nights come alive between the notes, and words and orchestral sound merge together. Come to Lademoen kirke and drift away into a thousand and one tones with Symforch.

The Studentersamfundets Symfoniorkester, also called Symforch, was founded in 1910 and is one of the country’s largest and oldest student orchestras. The orchestra is part of Studentersamfundets Orkester, also known as Musikerlåfte. Every Tuesday, around 80 musical students meet in Skala to rehearse under the direction of conductor Espen Andersen.
Events at the Student Society can be adapted for visitors with movement and hearing impairment. See here for more information.
