Funk For Forest
Funk For Forest is raw energy wrapped in an uncompromisingly funky and extremely danceable live experience.
After two years as a club phenomenon with full dance floors in Oslo, the band is now embarking on a winter tour and bringing their explosive mix of jungle funk, disco and afrobeat to Studenter Samfundet April 24.
The eight-piece orchestra delivers everything from catchy brass lines and razor-sharp funk guitar to heavy bass grooves and scorching drum and percussion breaks. The result is a driving live show that guarantees a high pulse, low threshold and acute
rock feet. This is sweaty, soulful dance music – the perfect medicine for the winter cold.
