Kjellerbandet: Greatest Hits!
Between 2022-2025, Kjellerbandet performed many concerts with a wide variety of music. Including “Kjellerbandet vs Grieg”, “Kjellerbandet spiller Latin”, “Roaring 20s”, tribute concerts to Charles Mingus and Thad Jones as well as the performance “Tur i Tunellen” with SIT and Knutsen & Ludvigsen's music. At Skala 20.03 the album release will be celebrated, come and dance with us!
With a handpicked selection of songs from these concerts, they went to Øra Studio in the spring of 2025 and recorded “Kjellerbandet: Greates Hits!”, here we find music by, among others, Edvard Grieg, Thad Jones, Charles Mingus, Knutsen & Ludvigsen, Christian Aftret Eriksen, Vilde Aakre Lie, Ola Lømo Ellingsen and Peter Robertstad.
Now the time has come to share the album with the world, and the album release will be celebrated with a concert at Skala on March 20!
