Emma Semonia is an artist from Trondheim who moves between R&B, soul, and afrobeat. With her distinctive voice and personal musical expression, she brings something fresh and unique to the Norwegian R&B scene.
In January 2026, she made her debut with the EP late bloomer — a diverse release that showcases the full range of her artistic expression, from the vulnerable and melancholic to the rhythmic and danceable. Shortly after, she made her live debut at Trondheim Calling, before taking the next step that same year with a performance at Øyafestivalen, where she appeared at Hagen til Stø.
With an intimate and expressive vocal style, fluid productions, and a distinct artistic identity, Emma Semonia draws inspiration from artists such as Tyla and Ariana Grande, while simultaneously shaping a musical universe of her own. The result is modern, confident, and deeply personal.
