NOME // 23:59
Nestled between the inputs and outputs of a studio in Northern Norway’s Berlin, you’ll find brothers Simon and Mikkel, also known as NOME. After working on various projects separately, they found common ground in bass music, distortion, and frequency modulation a couple of years ago. Today, NOME have released an EP, a handful of singles, and promise new music throughout the autumn of 2026.
Following this year’s Trondheim Calling, they received praise from both local press and NRK P3 for their innovative and exciting electronic music. They have been played on NTS Radio, hosted a takeover on Radio AlHara, and continue to pop up on radio stations both near and far.
If we peek into the crystal ball, there is no doubt: the audience will be taken down between the inputs and outputs, into the “studio”, and experience NOME where they work best. Whether that’s on a club stage in Varanger or in a scrappy club basement in Paris.
Events at the Student Society can be adapted for visitors with movement and hearing impairment. See here for more information.
