Studentmediene's marketing department works with development and marketing of the editorial products Under Dusken, underdusken.no and Radio Revolt, as well as the second hand textbook service iBok.no.

We are part of and collaborate closely with the various products, yet we have a great deal of freedom to choose what to focus on.

As a marketer you function as the link between the students and the editorial staff. Our tasks include promoting, market research and product development. You will be working towards improved visibility and quality of the products, by creating marketing campaigns and scrutinizing students' interests and wishes. Our methods are diverse, and as part of our department you will get first hand experience with both traditional and digital marketing methods through stands, events and social media, as well as a chance to conduct social science research methods.

A marketing position is both exciting and creative. You will be part of a great social environment where you will learn a great deal and thrive both personally and professionally. Relevant experience is beneficial, but not required. What is more important is motivation and time. You should expect to use 10 hours every week. Necessary training and courses will be provided, and you will acquire valuable experience in a sizable media organization.
