Become a chef in the coziest crew at the House!

Have you cooked before, or are you just passionate about food and eager to learn more? Want to expand your circle of friends and join Trondheim’s friendliest team? Then you’re a perfect fit for Lyche Kitchen!

Lyche is a student-run restaurant where food enthusiasts and beginners work side by side to deliver food and drinks at a professional level. We serve both hungry students in Trondheim and high-profile guests and artists visiting Samfundet. As a chef at Lyche, you’ll also have the opportunity to join our internal courses — where you can learn everything from mushroom picking to sushi making.

The restaurant is open every day, and with only 4 shifts per month, the position is super flexible — you can pick the days that best suit your schedule. Each shift includes great vibes, good music, cookies, and a bit of cooking.

Outside of work, we host many social activities — from casual hangouts to bigger events like cabin trips. There are also events across other groups in KSG.

No prior experience is required to join Lyche, only an interest for food and that you are open to learn. Full training is provided after acceptance.
