At Lyche Bar, you get the best of both worlds — a professional restaurant by day and a colorful cocktail bar on the weekends. We serve a menu worthy of a high-quality restaurant, alongside a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. As a spritbarservitør ("cocktail bar server") at Lyche Bar, you'll learn everything from mixing drinks and recommending wine pairings, to understanding the many nuances of beer. You can choose whether you want to work a calm Tuesday in the restaurant or a busy Saturday night in a 20+ bar — we’re open all week!

The position is flexible, with just 4 shifts per month. No prior experience is needed, and we offer courses each semester in cocktails, beer, wine, and general service. Here, you'll gain knowledge you'll enjoy and use for years to come!

As a spritbarservitør, you’ll become part of a social and active group that does much more than just work shifts together — from casual group dinners and cabin trips to movie nights and even band rehearsals. This is a great opportunity to grow your social circle and make unforgettable memories!

To apply as a spritbarservitør, you must be 20 years old, since we serve spirits and operate under a 20+ age limit late on weekends.
