fucales + Wrath // Knaus 23:59

It will be a double gig at Knaus with fucales 22:59 + Wrath 23:59!

fucales Knaus 22:59
In 2019, the indie quartet fucales won the Eggstock Festival in their hometown of Bergen. Since then, they have played at Camp ØYA, Vill Vill Vest, the "doing it together" festival HÁTÍÐNI in Iceland, BLÅ in Oslo and much more. The band is known for their wildly explosive live shows.
After the debut "Deep Under" was released in March 2021, fucales received good reviews and love from the press and loyal fans.
“The four-piece tear up the rule book for their latest genre-fluid single”
- Wonderland Magazine
fucales pushes genre boundaries with his angry and soaring trumpet, psychedelic guitar and energetic drums. The music is dreamy and aggressive like Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine, but many also choose to draw parallels to jazz and pop. The band breaks down the wall between the audience and the artist by focusing on the music and not the people who perform and receive it, and can quickly be a shift in young music.
"One of the unexpected highlights of the year."

Wrath Knaus 23:59
WRATH forges elements from the dark side of progressive metal and drowns it all in reverb. The recently released self-titled EP exudes the great degree of different inputs and interpretations from the three members' different musical backgrounds. The result is a melodic and hypnotic stew, with an unpolished, raw, dark and exploratory aura by it. Despite not having played for very long, they have already played on several of Western Norway's underground stages, and not least, on the Beyond The Gates-curated evening during Wild Wild West.

In June 2021, the band released their debut EP, which they portray as the pinnacle of their musical iceberg. Here they have reaped international praise.

Get on the double gig with fucales 22:59 + Wrath 23:59 on Knaus!
