ISFiT: A(rt)ctivism: Afterparty - QueeRAVE // Bodegaen

Saturday, 18th of February, is the glorious final party of the festival with pop ups all painted in neon and joy. Bodegaen takes the role of Studio 54, and Karmaklubb* invites you to dance together in joy and celebration. Karmaklubb* is a queer clubbing collective, that aims to create spaces where diverse expressions are welcome to act out, perhaps be discovered. This will be showcased in Bodegaen, through rave and performance art.

Karmaklubb* can promise a glimpse into the art of Drag, twists of Burlesque, art, beautiful people, clubbing, queerness and joy. So put on your rave outfit and get ready for a sweaty rave at the heart of Samfundet, from 23:00-02:00.

Karmaklubb* is a queer club concept. Established sometime around 2018, Karmaklubb* has for several years been investigating various architectures — physical as well as virtual, historical, archival — and how they can be challenged and tried out, potentially changed through a direct approach to the use and the presence of bodies in those spaces.

The people who will perform:
- Cassie Brødskive @artofcassie
- Eliza Fierce @elizafierce @princessiliciousdrag
- Frida Marida @frida_marida
- Jorge & Thomas @jorgelnt og @thomasdancingsoul
- Juan Felipe Machista @juan_felipe_machista
- Phoenix D’vine@phoenixdvine@thesecretflamingo
- The Secret Flamingo Artists representatives
- DJs: Brita°UT & D’Change (Klubb Kosmos) @brita_ut @klubb_kosmos @sea_change_music

Where: Bodegaen, Samfundet
Price: 50,- member / 100,- non-member
Note: If you purchase tickets to the event A(RT)CTIVISM at Kunsthallen, tickets to the Afterparty at Bodeagen are also included.

We start at Kunsthall Trondheim 20:30 for lounge and a proper show with the artists involved before we continue in the ‘rotunda’ of Studentersamfundet, Bodegaen club and pop-ups, all painted in neon and joy.

Events at the Student Society can be adapted for visitors with movement and hearing impairment. See here for more information.
