The student association in Trondhjem invites you to a solidarity concert for Gaza.

The student associations are and must be a meeting place for students, which safeguards and encourages free exchange of words. Then we cannot be silent in the face of powerlessness.
We educate to shape tomorrow, let's start with action today - for Gaza!

According to the UN, over 11,000 Palestinians have been killed as a result of Israel's attacks on civilians. Over 4,600 children have died. 2260 has been reported missing. 1.5 million are internally displaced, out of the 2.3 million who live in the Gaza Strip. Most do not have a home to return to, they have been bombed out.
Educational institutions and hospitals have become military targets. There is a desperate need for more medicines, medical equipment and medical care.
At the same time, 23 hospitals in Gaza City and northern Gaza have been ordered to evacuate all their patients, according to WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. It is not just about victims of the violence, but also cancer patients and newborn children.
Israel's unconscionable blockade prevents water, food, fuel and electricity from reaching the Palestinians in Gaza. This is happening in a situation where approximately 25,000 have been reported injured.

The ticket revenue for this event goes in its entirety to MSF's work in Gaza and the surrounding areas affected by the situation.
The independent medical aid organization is preparing medical and humanitarian supplies to be sent into the area as soon as safe access is guaranteed.
Let's gather as students and fellow human beings, in music, to listen and make sound for civilians in Gaza.
