The Dialogue Team is responsible for organizing ISFiT’s unique Dialogue Project! The project invites students from diverse backgrounds to an 8-day dialogue seminar at a cabin in Røros ahead of the festival. In other words, the Dialogue Team is responsible for creating an unforgettable cabin trip, where new friendships are formed across cultures through facilitated dialogue, seminars, and winter activities. The Dialogue Project has been an important part of ISFiT since 1997, and as such, the Dialogue Team holds a vital responsibility in continuing this tradition of bridging cultures and perspectives!
The Dialogue Project 2025 invites Indigenous students from Canada, Colombia, Australia, and Norway to explore the theme of ISFiT25, POWER, together through dialogue. As a chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that all participants and volunteers are served delicious meals during the cabin trip. You will plan the menu and prepare the meals together with a team of other chefs, and you also get the opportunity to take part in the exciting social activities happening during the cabin trip. Through the Dialogue Project, you will gain a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and no prior knowledge is required to apply for the position.
