The Concert Crew plans and executes the concerts during the ISFiT festival. This includes booking artists, contact with concert venues both externally and at Samfundet, and managing the execution of the concerts themselves. The crew works closely together, meeting regularly to coordinate, plan, and finalize all projects. Together, we’ll create concert magic, and we want you on our team to make it happen!
Are you curious about the logistics behind concerts? Do you want to contribute to one of 2025’s biggest cultural highlights? Then the role of Concert Facilitator on the Concert Crew is perfect for you! As a Concert Facilitator, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of practical tasks related to concert production. This could include ticketing, stage setup, or general stagehand duties. You’ll gain a fascinating insight into the hard work that goes into a concert and can expect an exciting and dynamic role where tasks vary depending on the needs of the event. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team.
No prior experience is required for this position, as all necessary training will be provided before the festival. While the majority of your work will take place during the festival, you should also expect to participate in preparatory meetings, coordination sessions, and training beforehand.
