Are you passionate about music and unforgettable concert experiences?
The Concert Crew plans and executes the concerts during the ISFiT festival. This includes booking artists, contact with concert venues both externally and at Samfundet, and managing the execution of the concerts themselves. The crew works closely together, meeting regularly to coordinate, plan, and finalize all projects. Together, we’ll create concert magic, and we want you on our team to make it happen!
Do you thrive in high-energy environments with diverse responsibilities? Do you want to ensure a great experience for both artists and audiences? Then you should apply to be an Artist Host for ISFiT 2025. As an Artist Host, your primary responsibility will be to take care of the artists backstage. This includes welcoming them, introducing them to the venue and key personnel, managing logistics, ensuring they have everything they need, and most importantly, creating a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for them. You’ll act as the link between the event organizers and the artist, and at times it can become hectic. But don’t worry! You’ll receive comprehensive support and training before and during the festival, and no prior experience is necessary.
While most of your work will occur during the festival, you should also expect to attend preparatory meetings, coordination sessions, and training in advance of the event.
We’re excited to meet you! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Best regards,
