Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for visual experiences?
The Ceremony Team is responsible for planning and executing ISFiT’s three major ceremonies: the Opening Ceremony, the Student Peace Prize Ceremony and the Closing Ceremony. Through diverse elements such as music, dance, speeches, and poetry, we create memorable moments. Our work includes everything from planning the sequence of performances to designing stage setups and coordinating technical production. As part of this team, you will help create unique experiences that give back to the participants and volunteers.
As an Assistant Stage Designer, you will work alongside the Stage Designer to plan and craft the stage design for ISFiT’s three ceremonies. You will contribute with ideas and creativity, build props, and play an essential role in the production. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Ceremony Team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both practical and artistic work.
The workload is a few hours weekly, with more intensive efforts in the weeks leading up to and during the festival. No prior experience is required—just an interest in creative work!
