Are you the one who always has an overview and sees the big picture?

The Secretariat is responsible for managing all administrative matters in ISFiT, such as onboarding, helping with Google Apps and Slack, coordinating office tasks and creating contingency plans for the festival. We also organize fun things, such as Arrival Day! When the festival gets underway, we run the information point where both volunteers and participants can ask questions, get help or just have a chat. The Secretariat collaborates with all parties in the festival and makes sure that communication runs smoothly so that everyone involved has the best possible ISFIT experience.

Maybe you are the one who leads the way when the group of friends or family goes on a trip? Or are you the one who takes the initiative and sees what needs to be done - maybe even before others do? Then you are exactly the person we at the Secretariat are looking for! During Arrival Day, hosts, participants and other volunteers arrive at Samfundet, and we at the Secretariat are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the program to ensure a warm, smooth, enjoyable and welcoming experience for everyone. In addition, the Secretariat sets up and runs the information point during the ISFiT festival. Our goal is to be a safe and reliable group that lays the best foundation for others to succeed. As a part of our group, you get to work a little behind the scenes while also being hands-on. We cooperate closely both within our Secretariat group, as well as with the other groups in the festival. We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, who enjoy having a foot in many camps, and who contribute that little extra so others can have the best possible festival experience.
