As a coordinator, you will act as the backbone of the HR team, which includes keeping track of reported cases, following up, and setting up administrative systems.
You will also have an extra responsibility as the person in charge of Baksida, which is Samfundet's internal deviation system. This means the position allows you to collaborate with the different departments within ISFiT and other internal teams at Samfundet.
Most importantly, you will act as a neutral party in both big and small internal matters and work on solutions that benefit all positions in the HR section.
No previous experience is required. You just need to be motivated and willing to give your best so that ISFiT27 will be as great as possible. Relevant courses for the position will be provided, along with a fantastic environment for learning and development.
