Are you kind, friendly, and enjoy bringing people together? Do you want to help create a great social environment within the Concert team and play an important role in making ISFiT27 a success? Then you should apply to become the Personell Coordinator for Concert!
As the Personell Coordinator, you'll be the social glue of the Concert team. You'll support and check in on the other volunteers, making sure everyone feels welcome and enjoys being part of the team. You'll also be responsible for creating duty schedules and planning and organising social events for the entire group.
During the festival, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved hands-on in concert production if you'd like. You'll have plenty of freedom to shape the role as you see fit, and you'll work closely with the rest of the Concert team.
This role gives you the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people within ISFiT and at Samfundet. You'll become an invaluable member of the Concert team and a key resource for other ISFiT volunteers.
