Are you interested in taking responsibility for the growth of our organisation? In 2027, we plan to have around 400 volunteers, and therefore, we need a dedicated recruitment team to make this possible! As the Assistant Head of Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in organising and leading the recruitment process for ISFiT27.
You will be a pillar of support for team members, be proactive in finding ways to assist colleagues in their respective tasks and ensure good communication. The position involves diverse and exciting tasks, and you will have the opportunity to shape the role according to your perceived needs. As the Assistant Head of Recruitment, you will gain valuable leadership experience and have the opportunity to collaborate with people from almost all teams within ISFiT.
