Welfare is responsible for the food and well-being of all participants and volunteers in ISFiT27. As a Chill Coordinator in Welfare, you’ll become part of the Welfare Board and help coordinate and lead one of ISFiT's largest teams. Your main responsibility will be to developing ISFiT’s chillout lounge, and later you’ll also lead your own chillout team. The lounge will be used as a place for participants and volunteers to relax, socialize and enjoy themselves during the festival. This position is perfect for those who want to see their creative ideas come to life and enjoy socializing with new people.
Welfare is built on coziness and sociability, so you will end up with many good memories throughout the year and after the festival! Previous experience is not necessary, all we want is a social and motivated soul who enjoys creating a good atmosphere for others around you!
