Are you a caring person with a strong interest in social activities and relationship-building, and who enjoys overview and structure? Then the role as Personnel and Welfare Coordinator on the Event Board is the position for you! As Personnel and Welfare Coordinator on the Event Board, you'll be responsible for recruitment within the Event gang going forward, setting up work schedules, and planning and carrying out social activities. In addition, you'll be the person who makes sure everyone in our gang is having a great time!
As Personnel and Welfare Coordinator on the Event Board, you're part of the team with main responsibility for carrying out all the cultural events taking place at Samfundet during ISFiT2027! In the period leading up to the festival, you'll take part in weekly board meetings where we'll put together and perfect a rock-solid game plan! During the festival, you'll have duty shifts as "daghavende" (day manager). We'll have a lot of ongoing communication with Samfundet, so you'll get to know how the house works really well! You'll also get to know many skilled people both in ISFiT and at Samfundet.
