Are you interested in good discussions and cultural exchange?
The Workshop Team is responsible for designing and facilitating engaging workshops for ISFiT participants. Through creative and interactive activities, the workshops provide a vital space for exploring the festival’s theme, networking, and fostering dialogue among participants from all over the world. As a member of the Workshop Team, you’ll have the freedom to be creative and craft unique experiences that make a lasting impact on the festival.
As a workshop facilitator, you’ll work in groups of 2-3 to design and lead a workshop that reflects this year’s theme. You’ll have plenty of freedom to shape the workshop with creative activities, discussions, and collaborative exercises. The goal is to create an engaging and educational experience for participants.
The position requires a few hours of commitment per week from the end of the fall semester and leading up to the festival, with a more intensive workload just before and during ISFiT. No prior experience is necessary – training and support will be provided by the Workshop Team. This is a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, collaborate with talented people, and contribute to an international festival!
