As Assistant Head of Human Resources you will collaborate closely with the rest of the HR-team to create the best work environment for every volunteer in ISFiT. Together with the Head of HR you will have an overview over the organization. Most important will be your role as a neutral negotiator in internal cases, big or small and to create the best solutions for everyone involved. You will also get the opportunity to form your own position, and build the best HR-team together with the Head of HR.
No former experience is required, all you need is to be motivated and want to do a great job for ISFiT27. Relevant courses to the position will be given along with a great environment for learning and development.
