Help coordinate well-functioning flow of information
Are you a person who has a passion for creating effective routines for our organization with a focus on communication? Are you structured and motivated to help lead a team in the preparation and execution of Arrival Day for ISFiT27? Then Assistant Head of Secretariat could be the perfect fit for you!
The ISFiT festival aims to provide a platform for students from all over the world to engage in dialogue and cultural exchange. As Assistant Head of Secretariat, you will work closely with me, your team, and other departments to make sure that all communication before and under the festival is running smoothly. You will also play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the Arrival Day.
The role will involve being a helping hand to the Head of Secretariat in carrying out various tasks, such as working out and implementing new communication routines and delegating tasks to the others who will work with our team. In addition, we will work together to ensure that every volunteer and student taking part in the festival will have a team they can come up to if any questions arise, as well as we will contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas to ensure that there are as little concerns and problems as possible when it comes to communication.
