In this open position, you will have the opportunity to work on important tasks within various areas such as recruitment, workshops, dialogue projects, and participant engagement. You will be responsible for developing and leading processes that help ensure participants have an engaging and educational experience.

Your possible tasks include:
- Contributing to the recruitment and selection of international participants
- Planning and facilitating workshops and thematic activities
- Leading or supporting dialogue projects focused on global themes and conflict resolution
- Coordinating the ambassador program and local engagement
- Collaborating with other teams on communication, marketing, and budgeting
