Co-Lead the Creative Outreach section
Do you love building things in the workshop? Painting murals? Designing cool things? Or just creating in general? If yes, Assistant Head of Creative Outreach is likely the role for you.
As assistant head of creative outreach, you will co-lead the section working with the physical and creative communication of ISFIT’s message outward. Creative Outreach develops initiatives that make ISFiT visible in the city, helping the festival’s identity take shape beyond digital platforms, whether that be a sculpture, a light display, an interactive installation on Trondheim Torg – your creativity is the limit.
Creative Outreach is also responsible for dialogue and application processes related to physical communication initiatives, ensuring that ISFiT has the necessary permissions and collaborations in place to be visible in public spaces. The role combines creative idea development with structure, planning, and collaboration.
As a team, you and the Head of Creative Outreach will work closely with the Communications Board, design, and other sections to ensure that physical initiatives support ISFiT’s visual identity and overall communication.
It would be great if you have some experience using a drill, a paintbrush or a sewing machine, or if you love thinking outside the box and imagining new ideas. However, it is absolutely not necessary, and you do not require technical or formal experience to take on this role. What matters most is that you enjoy collaborating with others, creating structure, and turning ideas into concrete solutions.
