Are you curious about what it’s like to lead a team? Do you enjoy working with others and meeting new people from both Trondheim and around the world? Are you interested in the theme Changing Winds and want to explore how it can be expressed through art?
Then you should apply for the position of Head of Arts- the leader of the arts team!
As Head of Arts, you will be part of ISFiT’s Culture Board and be the leader of the arts team. The Culture Board, together with the rest of the Culture Section, creates the festival’s cultural program from start to finish. You’ll take part in both planning and execution, and you’ll have the freedom to decide what kinds of events you and your team want to see in the festival program.
The work will be both creative and conceptual. As you shape the arts program, the festival theme Changing Winds will serve as your source of inspiration. You and your team will have the opportunity to explore what art can be in connection with the theme and the freedom to present a variety of events to volunteers, international participants, and the people of Trondheim!
Leadership responsibilities such as logistics, budgeting, and taking care of your team will also be part of the role.
