Developing podcast projects
As head of podcast, you will have the main responsibility for the development and strategic planning of the podcast projects for ISFiT27: Changing Winds. I have high ambitions for these projects, and I hope that you have that too!
Your main responsibilities will be:
Developing podcast ideas and later the podcast projects that are relevant to the theme Changing Winds.
Interviewing and Hiring podcast hosts to the specific projects.
Editing podcasts in both audio and video format.
Publishing the podcast on relevant platforms.
In this role you will be a part of the editorial (redaksjonelle) team of ISFiT27: Changing Winds. We have weekly meetings where we together develop the projects within the editorial team. In addition we will have social gatherings and you will have the opportunity to meet many amazing people. If you want to be a part of a large media project, and a group that works together toward a common goal of making ISFiT27 the best it can be, then this is the right place for you!
You don’t need to be an expert in this field. Everything can be learned. As long as you are motivated, have the time, as well as the passion for this project, you are a great candidate!
