The Dialogue Group is the part of ISFiT working with peace building in practice, and invites students from different sides of conflicts to meet and talk on neutral ground, in a 10 day Dialogue Seminar prior to the festival. For ISFiT-27 the overall theme for the Dialogue Project is “Democracy under pressure”.
As a Dialogue Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning the content of the Dialogue Project and the different workshops that will take place during the 10 days at Røros. You will receive thorough training from the Nansen Peace Center and you will plan the workshops together with the other Facilitators and the rest of the Dialogue Team. In the Dialogue Group you will have an experience for life, and you do not need any prior knowledge to apply for the position. If you want to learn more about dialogue for a peaceful world, and you like working in teams, this is the position for you!
