Are you a kind, nice and cozy person? Do you want to ensure that everyone in the Concert-group is happy, and to become an important part of ISFiT27? Then you should apply as Personnel Coordinator in the Concert Board:)
As a Personell Coordinator you will be the social glue of the Concert-group. You will be ensuring the welfare of the group members, managing shift lists, as well as planning and carrying out social happenings for everyone in the Concert-group. During the festival, you will also be able to work hands-on with concerts. This is a position you largely can shape as you like, and you will be working alongside the other volunteers in the Concert Board.
You will get the opportunity to meet lots of great people in ISFiT and at Samfundet. You will become a priceless part of the Concert Board and a very important person for other volunteers.
