Welfare is responsible for the food and well-being of all participants and volunteers in ISFiT27. As the Assistant Head of Welfare, you’ll become part of the Welfare Board and help coordinate and lead one of ISFiT's largest groups. As the Assistant Head of Welfare, you work closely with the Head of Welfare, and you will have personnel responsibility for the friendliest team at ISFiT, while also will have personnel responsible for the upcoming recruitment of Welfare. As an assistant head, you will also collaborate closely with the other sections in ISFiT, and get to know other friendly people who contribute to the festival.
Welfare is built on coziness and sociability, so you will end up with many good memories throughout the year and after the festival! Previous experience is not necessary, all we want is a social and motivated soul who enjoys creating a good atmosphere for others around you!
