Are you wondering what it’s like to lead a team? Do you enjoy working with others and meeting new people from Trondheim and around the world? Are you interested in the theme Changing Winds and want to explore how it can be expressed through literature?
Then you should apply for the position of Head of Literature!
As Head of Literature, you’ll be part of ISFiT’s Culture Board and leader of the literature team. The Culture Board is responsible for creating the festival’s entire cultural program from start to finish. You’ll be involved in both planning and execution, and you’ll have the freedom to decide what kind of events you and your team want to see in the festival program.
This role involves creative and conceptual work. While shaping the literature program, the festival’s theme Changing Winds will serve as a key source of inspiration. You and your team will have the opportunity to explore what literature can be and how it can be used to create engaging, meaningful, and diverse events for volunteers, international participants, and the people of Trondheim.
Leadership responsibilities such as logistics, budgeting, and taking care of your team will also be part of the position.
