Help build and assemble installations and creative projects
Do you love building things in the workshop? Painting murals? Constructing strange little gadgets? Or just creating things with your hands? If yes, becoming a Builder in Creative Outreach might be the role for you.
As a Builder in Creative Outreach, you will be part of a small, creative team that helps bring ISFiT’s physical initiatives to life around the city. The section works with the physical and creative communication of ISFiT’s message outward, creating installations and visual elements that make the festival visible beyond digital platforms.
As a builder, you will work hands-on with projects such as sculptures, light installations, props, murals, or interactive elements around Trondheim. The ideas are developed together with the Head and Assistant Head of Creative Outreach, and the team then collaborates to build, paint, assemble, and install the projects.
The role is practical, social, and creative. You will work closely with the rest of the team in the workshop and out in the city, turning ideas into real installations that people can see and interact with.
Experience with tools, painting, sewing, or building is a plus, but absolutely not required. What matters most is that you enjoy working with your hands, collaborating with others, and contributing to creative projects.
Main responsibilities
Help build and assemble installations and creative projects
Work together with the team during workshop sessions and build days
Contribute ideas and creative solutions during the building process
