Parttake in creating an exciting dayprogram in ISFiT!

Do you like managing working teams in creating meaningful workshops for young students from all over the world? Do you want to create a platform for dialogue about global issues? Then this is the role for you — Workshop Coordinator for ISFiT 2027.

The Workshop team organizes a series of workshops serving different subthemes of the festival where the participants spend most of their days in Norway discussing global agendas, getting to know one another and learning. Each workshop is planned out and led by two workshop leaders who are coordinated by the coordinators in the workshop board. At large, you will be under the most fun participant board.

Through this role, you will get the most out of the ISFiT festival experience. You will be in close coordination with festival participants from all over the world, take courses on dialogue-making, and help make the ISFiT movement even more amazing. The role is meaningful and engaging, while not demanding much workload besides your studies or other commitments.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate up to three duos of workshop leaders, staying in close coordination with them ensuring smooth planning and execution of their sessions.
• Maintain close communication with the leaders before and during the festival.
• Be a part of the Workshop Board, where you contribute ideas and help shape the workshops.

You will receive support and a social network from the Workshop group, as well as the rest of the Participants group. We like hanging out with each other, talking about both meaningful and less meaningful subjects, as well as doing fun activities together!
