Are you interested in cultural events like concerts, art exhibitions, shows, debates, and more? Do you want to experience what it’s like to work behind the scenes and see how cultural events come to life? Do you enjoy working with others and want to develop your leadership skills? Want to be in charge of running the events at Samfundet during ISFiT27?
Then you should apply for the position of Head of Event!
As Head of Event, you’ll be part of ISFiT’s Culture Board and leader of the Event Team. The Culture Board is responsible for shaping the entire cultural program of the festival from start to finish. As a board member, you’ll take part in both leading your team and contributing to the overall planning and execution of the festival.
The Event Team is responsible for making the festival come alive at Samfundet. This includes preparations, logistics, venue planning, backstage production, and more. You and your team make sure that the audience has a fantastic experience at every event hosted at Samfundet. You’ll also get a unique opportunity to explore every corner of Samfundet!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with the different internal crews at Samfundet, while also helping shape the cultural program of the world’s largest international student festival. Leadership responsibilities like logistics, budgeting, and team care will also be part of the position.
