Lead the contingency planning for ISFiT27
Are you a person who has a passion for creating effective routines for our organization? Are you structured and motivated to lead a team in the preparation of contingency plans for ISFiT27? Then Contingency Planning Coordinator could be the perfect fit for you!
The ISFiT festival aims to provide a platform for students from all over the world to engage in dialogue and cultural exchange. As Contingency Planning Coordinator, you will work closely with me, your team, and other departments to make sure that all communication before and under the festival is running smoothly. You will also play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the Contingency Plans for the festival.
The role will involve making sure each section has prepared a Contingency Plan for their area of responsibilities, and then you will collect them to make sure we are prepared for all possibilities under the festival. But don’t worry, you won’t be all alone! We will be included in the next recruitment where you get to find your team.
